International Journal of Health Science & Biomedicine (IJHSB) (eISSN: 3139-3691) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research and knowledge across health sciences, clinical medicine, and biomedical sciences. Published by Epic Globe Publisher since 2024, the journal provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and academicians to disseminate original findings, critically evaluate existing evidence, and contribute to the advancement of healthcare practice and scientific understanding.

Publication Frequency

IJHSB publishes six issues annually on a bimonthly schedule. Eligible accepted articles may be published online ahead of their assignment to a regular issue through the journal's Early View publication process.

The mission of IJHSB is to advance scientific knowledge, promote rigorous and ethical research, and support evidence-based clinical practice and public health through the dissemination of high-quality scholarly work in health sciences and biomedicine.

Aims and Scope

IJHSB welcomes scientifically sound and ethically conducted research that contributes to the understanding, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions. Its scope encompasses clinical medicine, biomedical sciences, public health, epidemiology, pharmacology, infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, mental health, medical education, and emerging interdisciplinary areas of healthcare research.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment for scope, originality, completeness, and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts considered suitable for further evaluation are assessed through independent double-blind peer review, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other, subject to the journal's established procedures.

Similarity screening and research-integrity checks form part of the editorial assessment. Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's scientific merit, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and reviewers' recommendations. Acceptance is not guaranteed by submission or payment of any fee.

Publication Ethics and Research Integrity

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to support persistent identification, citation, and access to the scholarly record. Article metadata and DOI links are maintained to facilitate reliable referencing and research discoverability.

Indexing and Scholarly Discoverability

IJHSB seeks to enhance the visibility and discoverability of its published research through scholarly search services, metadata registries, repositories, and relevant academic databases. The journal's Indexing and Abstracting page identifies the services in which its content is currently discoverable or formally included, according to each service's confirmed status.

The journal reports indexing claims transparently and lists a database as an indexing destination only when inclusion has been confirmed by the relevant service.

Open Access, Copyright, and Article Processing Charges

IJHSB provides immediate online access to its published articles without subscription or pay-per-view charges. Articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, subject to the applicable licence terms. Authors retain copyright while granting the rights specified in the publication agreement and licence.

There is no manuscript submission fee. An article processing charge (APC) applies to accepted manuscripts in accordance with the journal's published fee policy. Payment does not influence peer review or editorial decisions. Authors are encouraged to review the Open Access Policy and APC and Payments pages before submitting their work.
